Bart leads a high-performing team of regional sales professionals and application engineers, whom he refers to as the company’s ‘silent sales force.’ These experts collaborate directly with customers to identify interests, validate business and technical requirements, present proposals, and close orders. Often, this work involves full project management and the coordination of colleagues from inside sales, product management, service, material development, and legal.
